- Google Play: Sign in with the same Google account used for purchase.
Q: I was charged but premium is still locked. What should I do?
- Reopen the app and run Restore Purchases.
- Confirm you are using the same Apple ID/Google account used for payment.
- If the issue continues, email support and include your device type, app name, and purchase date.
Q: Who handles refunds?
