HomeApp Pro Privacy Policy

HomeApp Pro is designed to help homeowners organize inventory, maintenance history, warranties, receipts, contractor details, and property information. This policy explains what information the app stores, when that information may leave your device, and what choices you have.
1. Information you enter into the app
HomeApp Pro lets you create and manage information such as:
- property names and property details
- rooms and locations
- inventory items and related notes
- warranty details, receipts, and purchase information
- maintenance records and schedules
- contractor contact information and notes
- reports, exports, and shared property information you choose to generate
This information is provided by you and is used to power the app’s core functionality.
2. Where your data is stored
HomeApp Pro is intended to be local-first. Your app data is stored on your device unless you choose to use backup, sync, export, import, or sharing features that move data elsewhere.
If you use optional Apple platform features such as iCloud / CloudKit-style sync or backup features provided by the app, your data may also be stored in services associated with your Apple account.
3. Imports, exports, sharing, and reports
HomeApp Pro includes features that can generate exports, reports, or shared property information. When you choose to use those features, the app may create files or documents containing the information you selected. Where those files go depends on the destination you choose, such as local storage, Files, email, AirDrop, or another sharing target.
You are responsible for where you send exported or shared information.
4. Purchases
HomeApp Pro uses Apple’s in-app purchase system for Basic and Advanced access. Purchase processing is handled by Apple, not by VuWing Digital directly. We do not receive your full payment card information.
5. Analytics, tracking, and advertising
HomeApp Pro is not designed around third-party advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
If crash reporting, basic diagnostics, or platform-provided analytics are enabled through Apple’s systems, Apple may process limited technical information under its own terms. We recommend relying on the App Store privacy disclosure for platform-level details shown to end users.
6. Support requests
If you contact support through VuWing Digital or by email, we receive the information you send us, such as your email address, message contents, and any attachments you choose to provide. We use that information only to respond, troubleshoot, and improve support.
7. Data retention
Data stored locally in the app remains there until you delete it, remove the app, or replace it through your own import/export actions. Support emails or tickets may be retained for support history, troubleshooting, and recordkeeping.
8. Your choices
You control most of the data in HomeApp Pro by choosing what to enter, what to export, what to share, and whether to use any cloud backup or sync features available on your device.
9. Children’s privacy
HomeApp Pro is not intended for children under 13.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
